The Site Incharge will be responsible for overseeing daily construction activities, managing site staff and subcontractors, ensuring safety and compliance with regulations, and coordinating with project managers. Other duties include monitoring project progress, maintaining quality control, managing resources and materials, and preparing regular reports on project status.
