Job Summary:

The Site Engineer will be responsible for managing day-to-day site operations, overseeing construction activities, coordinating with various teams, and ensuring the project is executed in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and safety standards. This role requires strong technical knowledge, effective communication skills, and the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and monitor all on-site construction activities to ensure smooth progress of work.
• Ensure that construction is carried out as per the approved plans and specifications.
• Coordinate with project managers, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers for seamless site operations.
• Monitor the availability of materials, tools, and manpower and report requirements to the management.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure adherence to quality and safety standards.
• Prepare and maintain daily reports, site records, and progress documentation.
• Identify and resolve technical issues on-site in a timely and efficient manner.
• Assist in preparing bar bending schedules, quantity estimations, and material take-offs.
• Verify the accuracy of measurements and ensure proper use of construction materials.
• Comply with all statutory regulations and safety procedures on-site.

Candidate Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution.
• Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in site execution and supervision.
• Strong understanding of civil engineering practices, construction drawings, and structural design.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management software.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Willingness to travel or relocate as per project requirements.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
