We are looking for a dedicated, proactive, and hands-on Site Coordinator / Operations Executive to strengthen our project execution team and ensure smooth on-site operations. Position Overview: As a Site Coordinator / Operations Executive, you will be responsible for managing the entire site operations—from coordinating with vendors and labour teams to supervising the fabrication and installation process. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and as per quality standards. Key Responsibilities: ✅Supervise site operations: Oversee the day-to-day activities at fabrication and installation sites. ✅Vendor & labour coordination: Communicate and coordinate effectively with vendors, suppliers, and labour contractors to ensure smooth execution of work. ✅Monitor timelines: Track material deliveries and ensure installation work is completed as per the project schedule. ✅Daily reporting: Prepare and share daily work reports and site updates with the management. ✅Field visits & troubleshooting: Visit project sites regularly to monitor progress and resolve any operational issues or challenges on ground. ✅Cost control: Ensure optimum use of materials and resources to avoid wastage and control costs. ✅Compliance & safety: Ensure that all site activities adhere to safety guidelines and company quality standards. Required Qualifications: ✔ 2-3 years of field experience in signage, branding, fabrication, or similar industries (preferred) ✔ Strong communication skills (Hindi mandatory; Basic English preferred) ✔ Ability to work independently, take initiative, and solve problems on-site ✔ Good organizational and time management skills ✔ Familiarity with basic computer tools (MS Office, WhatsApp reporting) is an added advantage ✔ Willingness to work in the field and travel to different project sites as required Compensation & Benefits: Salary Range: ₹35000 – ₹45,000 per month (depending on experience & skills) ✅Opportunity to work with reputed clients and exciting branding projects ✅Exposure to diverse sites and hands-on project management experience Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person
