Oversee and manage the FSTD recurrent qualification and approval process to maintain certification. Ensures the FSTD Operations of the Training Center is audit-ready at all times by proactively addressing compliance gaps. 2. Audit Management & Readiness: Lead and manage internal and external audits, including DGCA surveillance checks, OEM audits, and internal quality assessments. Act as the primary liaison regarding FSTD Operations of the Training Centre with Quality Manager, regulatory authorities (DGCA), Airbus central teams, and other aviation bodies for all compliance-related matters.
