Key Responsibilities:

For SharePoint Architect (10+ Years):

• Design and implement

  large-scale SharePoint DMS/Intranet solutions

  for a global workforce. 
• Lead

  SharePoint Online/On-Prem migrations

  , governance, and architecture for the MNC client. 
• Automate processes using

  PnP PowerShell

  (site provisioning, templates, governance). 
• Develop

  SPFx solutions (React.js)

  for custom web parts, extensions, and integrations. 
• Optimize

  document management workflows

  , metadata, permissions, and search. 
• Integrate SharePoint with

  Azure services (Azure AD, Logic Apps, MS Graph API)

  . 

For Senior SharePoint Developers (7+ Years):

• Build

  SPFx (React.js) components

  for SharePoint Online/2019/2016. 
• Implement

  PnP PowerShell scripts

  for automation and bulk operations. 
• Enhance

  DMS capabilities

  (versioning, records management, compliance). 
• Work with

  CSOM, REST API, and SharePoint Search

  for custom solutions. 
• Follow

  CI/CD best practices

  (Azure DevOps/GitHub Actions) for SPFx deployments. 

Mandatory Skills:

SharePoint DMS (Document Management) expertise

PnP PowerShell scripting

SPFx with React.js

SharePoint Online/2019/2016 Intranet solutions

CSOM, REST API, SharePoint Search

Azure AD Integration

Not Required:

❌ Power Apps / Power Automate (Not part of this project) 

❌ SharePoint public-facing portals
