Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced

ServiceNow Functional Consultant

with a strong understanding of ServiceNow modules including

Customer Service Management (CSM)

IT Service Management (ITSM)

Integrations

, and

IT Asset Management (ITAM)

. The ideal candidate will play a key role in understanding business requirements, translating them into functional specifications, and delivering scalable ServiceNow solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Work closely with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.
Design and configure solutions primarily in CSM, ITSM, and ITAM modules.
Create functional specifications, process documents, and test cases.
Support end-to-end ServiceNow integrations with third-party tools and systems.
Collaborate with technical teams to ensure smooth implementation and deployment.
Lead functional testing, UAT, and provide go-live support and training.
Ensure best practices are followed for ServiceNow configuration and usage.
Participate in platform upgrades, testing, and documentation.
