Job Description for Service Support Executive Providing Onsite & Remote Technical Support to Users. Should be confident while coordination with customers. To manage the incoming ticket queries and resolve them. To ensure to align the engineers on time to resolve the query. To ensure to engineers should report to customer place on time with proper tools and require inventories, and finish the given task on time. Maintains the inventory/Spares of AMC customers. Ability to manage the service in remote locations. Ability to Coordination with Freelance engineers. To check the conditions of incoming products and accordingly make the report. Ability to work efficiently as a team member. Experience for Installation/Support of computer hardware Servers, Storages & Networking (DELL. HP. IBM, SUN etc) will be more preferable. To maintain data of engineers. Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications Experience to work on Advance Excel. Handle and Manage ticking tools Should be fluent in English. Require knowledge in computer hardware parts. Experience: 2-3 years Location –Mumbai Preferred Industry: IT Hardware and Networking
