Tasks and responsibility
Technical Expert and Go-To person for the ServiceNow Development along the Out ofthe Box implementationsSupporting the ServiceNow Consulting processes for business processesManaging RUNand CHANGE operationsWork with local and global ServiceNow development team for providing platformsolutions, e.g. ITSM, ITOM, SPM, SAM, UX, etc.Design, develop and own technical solutions on the ServiceNow platformEnsure out of the box compatibility, robust code, security guideline compliance,development standards and corporate guidelinesInteract with the business and involved stakeholdersOperate and support implemented solutionsWork in Agile way and translate requirements into working solution.Technical SkillsGood working experience on ServiceNow development topics as business rules, datapolicies, client scripts, UI policies, UI Actions, Notifications, ACLs, Workflow, Variables,Portal Widgets, Flow Designer, Scoped Applications and Performance Analytics, etc.Demonstratable experience with database design schemas and data modelingGood working knowledge of Project Portfolio Management (PPM ) / Strategic Portfoliomanagement (SPM), Software Asset Management (SAM) and CSDM / CMDBimplementation and reconciliation processesWorking knowledge of web technologies like JavaScript, HTML, CSS, AJAX, XMLGood knowledge of ITIL processesProven track record with an Architectural know howExcellent enterprise grade ServiceNow know-howUsed to work in agile worlds and in agile projects.Education and CertificatesComputer/Electronics Engineering (BTech/MTech) or Graduation (BCA/MCA)Certified System Administrator (CSA) is a mustCertified Application Developer (CAD) is a mustTrained on PPM.
