About the Role:
Shree Dev Honda is looking for an experienced and dedicated Service Manager to lead our service department. If you are passionate about customer satisfaction, workshop management, and team leadership, we welcome you to join our Honda family.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee daily operations of the service department.
• Ensure timely and quality servicing of vehicles to achieve customer satisfaction.
• Lead, train, and motivate the service team (advisors, technicians, washing staff).
• Monitor workshop productivity, efficiency, and adherence to SOPs.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve them effectively.
• Coordinate with parts, sales, and warranty teams for smooth operations.
• Maintain MIS reports and achieve monthly service targets.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in relevant Industries
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a Service Manager or similar role in the automobile industry.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong understanding of workshop operations and customer handling.
• Experience with Honda two-wheeler service operations will be an added advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
