We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Telecalling Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, handling inbound inquiries, and generating leads or sales by providing information about our products or services. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products/services. Handle incoming customer inquiries and provide accurate information. Maintain and update customer databases with accurate information. Follow up on leads and maintain good relationships with clients. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets. Handle customer objections and provide satisfactory resolutions. Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information. Coordinate with the sales/marketing team for effective lead generation. Requirements: Minimum qualification: 10+2 or graduate. Proven experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer support is a plus. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle rejection and stress in a professional manner. Good knowledge of MS Office and CRM systems is an advantage. Fluency in English and regional languages as required.
