Proven experience as a help desk technician. 2. Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues. 3. Basic understanding of computer systems. 4. Customer-oriented and cool-tempered. 5. 1-2 years' experience in the Helpdesk/Desktop support. 6. Good Communication Skills 7. Basic technical Knowledge
