Map and configure construction project schedules using GANTT charts, ensuring accurate task sequencing, dependencies, and resource allocation. Set up and customize BOQ views for clients, enabling precise cost estimation, procurement, and progress tracking. Understand and document end-to-end construction processes, translating them into digital workflows on the Powerplay platform. Collaborate with clients to gather requirements, conduct needs assessments, and provide training/support during the implementation phase. Coordinate with product, engineering, and customer success teams to ensure timely and accurate onboarding. Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for clients during the initial setup and handover phases.
