Position Overview

We are hiring a dynamic and results-driven SEO Specialist who will be responsible for end-to-end SEO and social media management across all our business verticals. The ideal candidate should possess in-depth knowledge of SEO best practices, keyword strategy, content marketing, and digital campaign optimization.

Key Responsibilities (KRAs):

• Develop and implement effective SEO strategies (On-page and Off-page).
• Create high-quality backlinks using white-hat techniques to improve search rankings.
• Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to optimize web content.
• Manage and optimize meta pages, Google Business Profiles, and all relevant directories.
• Handle and grow our social media presence: Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, WhatsApp Business.
• Execute Social Media Optimization (SMO) and content calendars for all platforms.
• Write and optimize engaging SEO-friendly content, captions, and blog articles.
• Oversee email marketing campaigns and ensure high open and click-through rates.
• Monitor, track, and report performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, and relevant tools.
• Coordinate with internal teams (real estate, interior, digital) to align brand voice and campaign goals.
• Ensure lead generation and traffic conversion through diversified channels.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 1–3 years of proven work experience as an SEO Executive/Specialist or Digital Marketer.
• Strong knowledge of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc.).
• Experience with social media platforms management and LinkedIn marketing.
• Excellent command over content writing, copywriting, and editing.
• Must have a deep understanding of target audience behavior and digital outreach strategies.
• Basic understanding of email marketing platforms (like Mailchimp or Sendinblue).
• Good analytical skills and the ability to present performance insights.

Salary & Perks:

• Monthly Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹20,000 (based on experience & skill level)
