SEO & SMO Executive

We are seeking a results-driven and detail-oriented SEO/SMO Executive with a strong understanding of digital marketing techniques and tools, especially Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and optimising both organic and social media strategies to drive traffic, improve visibility, and enhance online engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective SEO strategies (on-page, off-page, and technical).
• Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to guide content and ranking strategies.
• Manage and monitor website performance using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other tools.
• Identify and resolve SEO technical issues (site speed, indexing, crawl errors, etc.).
• Plan and execute SMO campaigns across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
• Create, schedule, and manage social media content to increase brand awareness and engagement.
• Track and report on SEO and SMO performance metrics regularly.
• Collaborate with content creators and designers for campaign execution.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO, social media trends, and algorithm updates.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of proven experience in SEO and SMO roles.
• Hands-on experience with Google Analytics (GA4 preferred) and Google Tag Manager (GTM).
• Proficiency in SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Search Console, etc.
• Strong understanding of ranking factors, algorithms, and social media best practices.
• Familiarity with WordPress, HTML, and basic CSS.
• Excellent analytical, organisational, and communication skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹180,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
