We are looking for an experienced and highly organized SEO Project Manager to join our digital marketing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in managing SEO projects, handling multiple clients, and leading a team to deliver top-notch results across various CMS platforms like WordPress, Shopify, Wix, Webflow, and others.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and execute SEO strategies for multiple clients across various industries.
• Coordinate with clients to understand project requirements and provide regular updates.
• Lead and manage a team of SEO executives, content writers, and designers to achieve project goals.
• Plan, execute, and monitor on-page, off-page, technical SEO, and local SEO activities.
• Work with multiple CMS platforms (WordPress, Shopify, Wix, Webflow, etc.) to optimize websites for SEO.
• Oversee and integrate PPC and SMM campaigns as part of the broader digital marketing strategy.
• Generate detailed monthly performance reports with actionable insights and suggestions for improvement.
• Ensure all SEO activities align with client objectives and current best practices.
• Prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously with attention to deadlines and results.
• Collaborate with developers, designers, and other marketing professionals to support SEO implementation.
• Keep up to date with the latest trends and algorithm updates in SEO and digital marketing.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of proven experience in SEO project management or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, etc.).
• Expertise in handling and optimizing websites built on WordPress, Shopify, Wix, Webflow, and other CMS.
• Solid knowledge of technical SEO, on-page, off-page, and local SEO strategies.
• Familiarity with running and managing PPC and social media marketing campaigns.
• Excellent communication and client handling skills.
• Experience leading teams and managing performance.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously without compromising quality.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, IT, or a related field.
• Google Ads, Google Analytics, or HubSpot certifications are a plus.
