Job Description

Video Editor

Key Responsibilities:

Edit and assemble raw footage into polished videos for various platforms (YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
Add music, dialogues, graphics, animations, subtitles, and effects
Collaborate with content creators, marketers, and design teams to align on creative direction
Manage video assets, backups, and archives systematically
Stay updated with current trends in video content, social media, and editing software
Ensure final products meet brand guidelines and deadlines
Optimize videos for different platforms in terms of format, size, and orientation

Required Skills:

Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar tools
knowledge of After Effects or motion graphics
Understanding of video formats, codecs, and output settings
Strong storytelling skills and a keen eye for visual details
Ability to work with feedback and iterate quickly
Time management and organizational skills
