About the Role:

Senior UX Designer

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the UX design process from concept to execution, collaborating with product managers, developers, and stakeholders.
• Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs in

  Figma

  and

  Loft

  .
• Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions and improve UX.
• Translate complex requirements into intuitive interfaces that are visually appealing and highly functional.
• Advocate for accessibility and inclusive design throughout the product development lifecycle.
• Work closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
• Contribute to and help evolve our design systems and UX guidelines.
  

Requirements:

• 68 years

  of hands-on UX/UI design experience in a fast-paced, product-focused environment.

• Expert-level proficiency in Figma

  for design and collaboration.

• Proficient in Loft

  for interactive prototyping.
• Strong visual design skills with high attention to detail.
• Experience working within

  Agile teams

  and using iterative design methods.
• Familiarity with

  HTML, CSS, and JavaScript

  to bridge the gap between design and development.
• Solid understanding of

  WCAG

  standards and principles of accessibility and inclusive design.
• Bachelors or Masters degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field.
  

Nice to Have:

• Experience working with design systems and component libraries.
• Prior experience designing enterprise or SaaS platforms.
• Comfortable presenting to stakeholders and leading design reviews.
