Job Title: Senior UX Designer Job Location: Noida, Sector-64 Position Summary: Specialized in creating wireframes and prototypes using Invision and have driven A/B testing processes that improved conversion rates by 20%. With a proven track record in assisting product teams across industries (EdTech - prefer), consistently recognized for innovative solutions. Key Responsibilities: We're seeking a highly creative individual with exceptional skills in designing digital products. If you thrive on innovation and crafting visually stunning and user-friendly designs, we want you on our team. Create wireframes, prototypes, high-fidelity designs, and visualizations using Figma. Develop user-centric design solutions through research, strategy, and execution. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and project delivery. Communicate design ideas and prototypes to developers. Conduct usability testing and gather feedback from users to inform design decisions. Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in UI/UX design. Plan, create, and execute A/B and multivariate tests to evaluate design effectiveness Skills & Qualification: Design Deck A minimum of 5 to 7 years of UX design experience is required. Strong portfolio of design projects. Excellent communication skills. Problem-solving aptitude & Design Thinking. Bachelors degree in design, Computer Science, Technology or in related fields. MUI components Figma Extensive experience in using UX design best practices to design solutions. Familiarity with accessibility standards and inclusive design practices Ability to iterate designs and solutions efficiently and intelligently
