Handle full-cycle US IT recruitment (W2, C2C)
Lead and mentor a team of 2–3 junior recruiters
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Manage and prioritize multiple open requirements
Source candidates through various channels and ensure quick turnaround
Negotiate offers and close positions efficiently
3 to 5 years of proven experience in US IT Recruitment
Strong understanding of US tax terms, work authorizations, and time zones
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Experience working with vendors and direct clients
Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision
Immediate joiners preferred
Must be open to relocating to the job location
