Job Description

Job Title: Telecaller – Sales & Lead Calling (Client Project) Location: Remote / On-site (as per client requirement) Employment Type: Contract / Outsourced via Netman India Job Summary: We are hiring a Telecaller to work on an outsourced project for our client. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling outbound sales calls, following up with leads, updating CRM entries, and supporting the client's business development efforts. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential leads shared by the client Follow up with prospects and maintain call logs Qualify leads and schedule meetings or demos as required Maintain accurate records in CRM or Google Sheets Coordinate with client teams for feedback and updates Share daily activity reports with Netman India and client POCs Handle basic queries about client services or escalate as needed Requirements:6 months – 2 years of telecalling / telesales experience preferred Strong verbal communication in Hindi & English Familiarity with CRM tools or lead tracking sheets Basic understanding of sales process and client interaction Ability to work independently and follow reporting structure Immediate joiners preferred What We Offer: Opportunity to work with a reputed client project Performance-based incentives (if applicable) Remote support and training from Netman India Certificate of experience for successful project completion
