Job Summary We are looking for Technical Recruiter for our Mohali office. You must have experience to recruit technical and professional candidates in the field of IT, Engineering, Pharmaceutical or scientific industries. Responsibilities and Duties Identify potential candidates based on requirements. Screen and Evaluate candidates. Negotiate Salary/bill rate with candidates. Coordinate interview/hiring activities. Post requirements on the job sites/boards. Maintain database of candidates using online software package. Upload resumes into Applicant Tracking System.
