Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced

Senior IT Recruiter

with

3+ years of experience

in

end-to-end recruitment

. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in

bulk hiring, campus recruitment

, and

stakeholder management

, along with a proven ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously. This role requires hands-on experience with recruitment tools, sourcing strategies, and process optimization to deliver a seamless candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • End-to-End Recruitment

    : Manage the complete hiring process from

    sourcing to onboarding

    for IT and non-IT roles.
  • Stakeholder Management

    : Collaborate with hiring managers, business leaders, and external partners to meet recruitment needs.
  • Bulk Hiring & Campus Recruitment

    : Plan and execute large-scale hiring and

    On-Campus/Off-Campus drives

    .
  • Data & Reporting

    : Create and maintain

    HR reports

    such as onboarding status, hiring updates, and recruitment analytics.
  • Process Optimization

    : Develop and implement

    SOPs

    for recruitment processes to improve efficiency.
  • Sourcing & Hunting

    : Use job portals (Naukri, Indeed, etc.), social media, and advanced sourcing techniques to attract top talent.
  • Tools & Technology

    : Leverage

    ATS tools

    , recruitment platforms, and internal databases to manage and track candidate pipelines.

Job Requirements

  • 3+ years

    of experience in

    end-to-end IT recruitment

    , including bulk hiring and campus placements.
  • Proficiency in creating and managing

    HR reports

    and maintaining recruitment dashboards.
  • Strong knowledge of

    ATS tools

    and sourcing channels like

    Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn

    , and social media platforms.
  • Expertise in

    MS Excel

    for data analysis, reporting, and tracking recruitment performance.
  • Ability to create and implement

    SOPs

    to standardize recruitment processes.
  • Excellent interpersonal, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple roles in a fast-paced environment.
