Senior Talent Acquisition Executive Technical & HR Operations


Key Responsibilities:


Talent Acquisition


  • Write and publish clear, compelling job descriptions for technical roles.
  • Source candidates via job portals, LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow, and other niche platforms.
  • Screen IT resumes and perform pre-screening calls to assess technical skills and role fit.
  • Conduct interviews using a combination of structured, behavioral, and technical assessments.
  • Partner with IT team leads to understand tech stacks and forecast hiring needs.
  • Craft personalized outreach and follow-ups for passive candidates.
  • Stay active in tech communities, meetups, and conferences to build talent pipelines.
  • Maintain candidate databases, track hiring metrics, and ensure ATS data integrity.
  • Draft and roll out offer letters with accuracy and alignment to internal benchmarks.

HR Operations


  • Lead end-to-end onboarding, orientation, and documentation for new hires.
  • Manage employee lifecycle processes including confirmations, transfers, exits, and F&F.
  • Maintain leave & attendance systems with monthly accuracy tracking and reporting.
  • Ensure data compliance and record maintenance through HRIS/HRMS tools.
  • Support monthly payroll coordination and audit inputs with Finance.
  • Conduct pulse checks, gather feedback, and resolve grievances confidentially and promptly.
  • Organize engagement initiatives aligned with culture-building goals.
  • Coordinate performance appraisal processes, evaluation schedules, and feedback cycles.

What We’re Looking For:


  • Proven experience in

    technical recruitment

    and

    HR operations

    within a dynamic environment.
  • Strong understanding of

    IT hiring

    , tech stacks, and developer-centric platforms.
  • Knowledge of Boolean search, sourcing tools, and employer branding strategies.
  • Hands-on experience with

    ATS

    , HRIS, and resume databases.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Collaborative approach with the ability to drive HR initiatives independently.
  • Strong organizational skills with an eye for detail and data integrity.

Education & Experience:


  • Any Graduate/ Post Graduate.
  • 3–5 years of experience in

    technical recruitment and operational responsibilities.

  • Familiarity with platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri.
