Job Description

Role Summary: We are seeking a driven and experienced Senior Executive Talent Acquisition to join our dynamic HR team. In this role, you will take ownership of the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from workforce planning and sourcing to onboarding. Youll play a key role in shaping our team by identifying and attracting top talent that aligns with our companys culture and goals. Key Responsibilities: • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding. • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and develop strategic hiring plans. • Leverage multiple sourcing channels (job portals, social media, employee referrals, etc.) to build robust talent pipelines. • Conduct preliminary candidate assessments to evaluate skills, culture fit, and potential. • Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring a smooth and professional candidate experience . • Maintain and update ATS (Applicant Tracking System) and recruitment dashboards for reporting and tracking. • Partner with external vendors, consultants, and recruitment agencies when needed. • Ensure compliance with internal policies and legal regulations during the hiring process. • Assist in employer branding initiatives, campus hiring, and diversity recruitment programs. Required Qualifications: • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred). • 35 years of hands-on experience in talent acquisition/recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced or high-growth environment. • Proven ability to source and close candidates across multiple roles and seniority levels. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. • Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail. • Proficiency in recruitment tools , applicant tracking systems, and Microsoft Office Suite. Preferred Skills: • Experience hiring in tech/non-tech/leadership roles (customize as per need). • Knowledge of HR analytics , recruitment metrics, and data-driven hiring strategies. • Familiarity with diversity & inclusion hiring practices.
