As a Senior System Engineer, you will be in charge of system definition and process integration for trains composed by gas turbines, electric motors, steam turbines, turbo expanders, centrifugal compressors and reciprocating compressors. You will supervise quality and timeliness of engineering systems integration deliverables based on customers satisfaction, testing goals accomplishment, cost-out strategy implementation and site installation/service support, ensuring the balance between design flexibility needs and standard configuration adoption. As a Senior System Engineer, you will be responsible for: You will be responsible for development and finalization of the main document for auxiliary systems design for Gas Turbine or Centrifugal Compressor (P&IDs). Conducting and successfully complete HAZOP meetings and SIL review for personnel safety and asset integrity management Developing predictive system design through modeling and numerical simulation (Matlab/Simulink, FloMaster, Hysys) Leading System Design Review assuring action are completed in time and in quality Working close to Projects Engineers and other departments to facilitate smooth projects execution. Providing wide expertise on turbomachinery operation and relevant auxiliary system design Contribute with technical expertise to new energy technology solutions development such as Hydrogen, CO2, CCUS and Energy storage. Building relations with all involved Engineering, Procurement and Field Service functions with IET organization Attending technical meetings with Customers and suppliers, provide support to testing and supply chain department Establishing and maintaining relationships with required external and internal interfaces to ensure that customer requirements are understood and being achieved Contributing to have a flawless execution of design activities, including technical alignments with suppliers. Driving and broadcasting the innovative ideas generation process. To be successful in this role you shall have: Bachelors or masters degree or PhD in Mechanical, Chemical, Energy, Aerospace, Aeronautical, Nuclear, or equivalent engineering 8-15 years in auxiliary systems design for Gas Turbine or Centrifugal Compressor Knowledge of fluid dynamics, mechanical and thermal physical domains Knowledge of turbomachinery and/or process design Be able to show good problem-solving, process improvement and analytical skills along with interpersonal skills we'll-developed interpersonal and communication skills acting as team player Be fluent in verbal and written English Be able to interface effectively with all stakeholders Demonstrate ability to drive cultural change within the Organization, with open mind and technical acumen Join us, and you can expect: Contemporary work-life balance policies and we'llbeing activities Comprehensive private medical care options Safety net of life insurance and disability programs Tailored financial programs Additional elected or voluntary benefits
