Senior Software Engineer

As a Senior Software Engineer at our company, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of platforms including the frontend, backend, full stack, ERP, and mobile apps. Our products are custom-made and involve ERP, CRM, inventory, supply chain, and Sales systems supporting the exquisite diamonds created by Sim Gems. Your primary responsibilities will include leading the development of scalable software applications, implementing efficient algorithms and data structures, and mentoring junior software engineers. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to introduce new features, maintaining code quality, and staying abreast of industry trends are also crucial aspects of this role. Ideally, you should hold a Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science or a related field and possess a minimum of 6 to 8 years of hands-on experience in modern programming languages such as Python, Java, C++, or C#, as well as familiarity with frontend JavaScript frameworks like React.js, Vue.js, Angular, or React-native. Proficiency in modern SQL databases like MySQL, Oracle, MS SQL, or Postgres is essential, along with a strong foundation in data structures, algorithms, and system design. Having knowledge of ERP or supply chain applications would be a plus.
