Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Sales Executive with a passion for sales and a proven track record in achieving targets. The ideal candidate will manage both B2B and B2C sales, generate leads, build strong client relationships, and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound sales inquiries via phone, email, and other channels.
  • Identify potential clients and generate new leads.
  • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.
  • Prepare and share accurate quotations; follow up on leads effectively.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams for smooth order processing and timely delivery.
  • Provide regular sales reports to the Sales Manager.

Required Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • 1–2 years of proven experience in sales, preferably in the e-commerce or electronics sector.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong sales acumen with a customer-centric mindset.
  • Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets consistently.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) and familiarity with CRM tools.
  • Fluent in English and Hindi (written and verbal).
  • Self-driven, confident, and a quick learner.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in e-commerce or B2B sales.
  • Understanding of digital marketing or lead generation tools.
  • Knowledge of electronic product specifications.
  • Experience in team leadership or training roles is a plus.

Working Days: 6 days a week
