Job Description

 Develop and implement effective sales strategies aligned with business objectives and market trends  Lead, manage, and monitor the performance of the entire sales team, ensuring targets and KPIs are met  Coordinate and oversee client site visits to ensure high engagement and increased conversion rates  Act as the primary point of contact between the company and builders/developers for project coordination and alignment  Oversee the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure and post-sales service  Analyze real estate market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities  Work closely with the marketing team to ensure high-quality lead generation and conversion  Build, lead, and manage a high-performing sales team by setting targets, tracking KPIs, and providing regular training and motivation  Ensure timely closures, follow-up on payments, and smooth coordination for documentation and legal compliance  Prepare accurate sales reports, forecasts, and dashboards for management review  Represent the company in project launches, client meetings, exhibitions, and promotional event
