Senior Sales Executive

Roles and Responsibilities-:
Manage sales activities to achieve targets in real estate, steel industry, scaffolding, engineering, technical sales, B2C sales, and B2B sales.

Job description

• Manage sales set targets and achieve monthly/quarterly goals.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and presentation skills.
• Identify new business opportunities and negotiate deals to drive revenue growth.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall service delivery.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform strategic decisions.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 3 - 10 years of experience in project sales or related field (real estate sales, business development management).
• Strong understanding of the steel industry's products/services (e.g., scaffolding) and ability to communicate effectively about them.
• Experience working in an engineering company or similar environment; knowledge of engineering principles would be an asset.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a fast-paced environment; strong time management skills
• Experience in B2B sales or project sales in the engineering & construction industry.
• Rich Experience in Team Handling & help them achieving the targets

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹60,000.00 per month
