Job Title: Relationship Manager Department: Sales & Customer Experience Reports To: Store Manager / Sales Head Location: Wolf Casa LLP, near BharatBenz Kasliwal Trucking, Kanadiya, Indore, Madhya Pradesh Job Type: Full-time Job Summary: The Relationship Manager will be key in building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers to drive sales and ensure their satisfaction. This role involves understanding customer needs, guiding them through our furniture selection, and providing excellent service before and after sales. Key Responsibilities: Customer Engagement: Build and maintain positive relationships with customers visiting the mall. Understand customer preferences and lifestyle to suggest suitable furniture solutions. Ensure a delightful customer experience from inquiry to post-purchase. Sales Support: Assist customers in navigating the showroom and making informed purchasing decisions. Explain product features, benefits, and material details. Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling. Help with sales order processing and coordination of deliveries. Problem Resolution: Address customer questions and concerns promptly and effectively. Ensure customer feedback is captured and acted upon. Product Knowledge: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all furniture products, designs, and current trends. Qualifications: Experience: 1-3 years in a customer-facing role, preferably in retail sales or customer service. Experience in furniture or home decor is a plus. Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (Hindi and English). Strong customer service orientation. Basic understanding of sales principles. Ability to work well in a team.
