Senior Product Manager

We’re hiring a Senior Project Manager who can translate vision into execution—leading complex, multi-stakeholder projects with clarity, speed, and precision. You’ll be responsible for owning delivery outcomes, managing stakeholder expectations, and driving cross-functional alignment across teams and timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Own End-to-End Project Delivery:

  From planning and resource allocation to execution and closure—manage full project lifecycles for high-impact initiatives.

• Define Structure & Processes:

  Establish clear project scopes, timelines, communication flows, and escalation paths for predictable execution.

• Stakeholder Alignment:

  Act as the bridge between business, tech, and external teams—ensuring alignment on goals, deliverables, and timelines.

• Risk & Mitigation:

  Proactively identify potential blockers and put in place contingency plans well in advance.

• Agile Program Management:

  Lead sprints, standups, retros, and backlog prioritization with distributed teams across geographies (if applicable).

• Metrics & Reporting:

  Deliver crisp, timely reporting on KPIs, progress updates, and post-mortems for continuous improvement.

What We’re Looking For

• 8–12 years of experience in project or program management
• Strong command over Agile and traditional methodologies—able to switch gears when needed
• Hands-on with tools like Jira, Confluence, Asana, Trello, MS Project, etc.
• Ability to manage multiple high-stakes projects simultaneously without losing detail
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience managing tech + non-tech team collaboration is a plus
