Company Description Encon Systems is an established Factory Automation Company based in Gurgaon and specializing in Automation & Robotics solutions in AUTO, Auto components, FMCG, Food, Electronics etc. Role Description This is a full-time role for a Sr. PLC/Automation Engineer located in Gurugram. The selected Engineer will oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of automation projects. Day-to-day tasks include designing and implementing PLC-based control systems for CNC Machine tending, end-of line packaging etc. with robots, Should be able to troubleshooting and maintaining automation equipment, Qualifications Strong programming skills on Allen-Bradley, Mitsubishi & Siemens PLCs, HMIs and SACADA. Proficiency in building control architecture and networking Diploma in Electronics / ECE / Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related field Experience with PLC programming and interfacing with Robots will be an advantage Good problem-solving and analytical skills Show more Show less
