Description: Manage the payroll process for all clients, 2. Strong knowledge of statutory compliances (PF, ESI, TDS & LWF etc.)2. Ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with relevant laws and regulationsRequired Skills – 1. Minimum 2-6 Years of working experience in HR Payroll Compliance Management profile2. Must have handled payroll processing of minimum 100 staffs for Company/Client3. Required knowledge of calculating taxes and employee wages4. Computer literacy, especially MS office and payroll software such as Excel with HRMS, VLOOKUP and Oracle Payroll5. Self-motivation and organizational skills to meet deadlines.
