Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Senior Medical Coder role located in the Mohali district. The Senior Medical Coder will be responsible for day-to-day medical coding tasks, ensuring accuracy and compliance with healthcare regulations. The role involves reviewing patient medical records, assigning appropriate medical codes, and collaborating with healthcare providers to resolve coding discrepancies.

Qualifications

• Coding Experience and RHIT certification
• Proficiency in Health Information Management and Medical Terminology
• Knowledge of Medical Coding guidelines
• Attention to detail and analytical skills
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's degree in Health Information Management or related field is a plus
