Senior Mechanical Design Engineer

We are hiring in Mumbai for Machine Design with Sheetmetal, Die casting, solid works, GD&T Experience OR someone with experience in Machine Design with Plastic Mould, SolidWorks, GD&T

Qualifications and experience:

• BE in Mechanical or Automobile, Plastics Engineering OR Diploma/Post-Diploma in Mould Design or Tool & Die Design.
• 7+ years of experience in Mechanical products such as castings/Sheet metal/Plastics.
• Must have strong experience in castings and sheet metal, VAVE ideas.
• Must have 3+ years of experience in SolidWorks (2019 or latest) with surface modelling, drawing and assembly.
• Highly preferred Tool or mould Design Knowledge and/or experience.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience in Mechanical Product Design using SolidWorks is must for the job.
• Capable of offering various concept designs and solutions to the design problems by considering DFM/DFA/DFMEA principles.
• Should have good working knowledge of GD&T & Basics on Tolerance Stack up Analysis.
• Good Knowledge in PLM design release process
• NX & Creo experience will be an advantage.
• Any simulation or analysis of mechanical products will be an advantage.
