Location Preference Bangalore / Hyderabad
Full life cycle end to end recruiting
Domain Expertise: UEG (Utilities, ECO, GIS), Healthcare, Digital Consulting,Consumer, MFG, Energy, Comms and Media (Should have worked for minimum 3-4 domains)
Skill expertise: (Powersystem, GIS, SAP ISU, SAP ISU Oil, Manhattan, OMP, O9, OBRM, Facets, Athena, Data scientist, Architect level roles etc).
Sources used low cost Naukri, LinkedIn, Dice, Monster, ER, internal database and other 0 cost channels.
ATS worked - Success Factor will be preferred
Experience in handling large volumes and niche skills
Experience in Excel daily reporting / Reports preparation
Good stake holder management
Soft skills: Good communication skills, attitude & good data management skills
Partnering with hiring Managers to understand their teams hiring needs and team dynamics.
Identify, engage and secure top hardworking candidates (both passive and active).
Develop sourcing strategies and research methods that are successful in attracting viable candidates for each specific requisition
Be the search expert for functional areas by understanding functional hiring needs, position specifications and search requirements
Work proactively to move candidates through the interview process as smoothly and quickly as possible
Negotiate potential offers and successfully close candidates
Provide excellent customer service to our hiring teams and ensure a seamless candidate experience for all potential candidates.

Mandatory Skills: Business Dynamics Consulting.
