Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Lead IT support with a focus on Apple (macOS, iOS), Microsoft O365, and Intune for cross-platform device management.
Provision and troubleshoot Apple devices via JAMF Pro and/or Intune.
Administer JAMF and Intune: ensure policy enforcement, security, and lifecycle management.
Manage Microsoft 365 tools: Exchange Online, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, Azure AD, Defender, and Purview.
Enforce security policies (MFA, DLP, Conditional Access, Data Retention).
Support hybrid ecosystems (macOS, Windows, iOS) including VPN, networking, and SSO.
Troubleshoot incidents, conduct RCA, and implement long-term resolutions.
Mentor junior IT staff across platforms and tools.
Handle IT asset management, patching, software distribution, and compliance.
Provide expertise for IT projects involving infrastructure, compliance, and security.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in IT/Computer Science or relevant field.
7+ years of IT experience with strong macOS and Microsoft 365 exposure.
Proficient in JAMF Pro and Microsoft Intune.
Hands-on with Exchange Online, Azure AD, AD Connect, Teams, and Microsoft security tools.
Knowledge of compliance tools like Microsoft Purview.
Skilled in Bash/Powershell scripting.
Understanding of hybrid environments and security frameworks (GDPR, HIPAA).
Strong communication and mentoring skills.

Microsoft 365 Certified: Security/Endpoint/Modern Desktop Administrator
MS-900, MS-203, MS-500, MS-100
