Job Summary:

We are hiring a Senior Interior Designer to take the lead on high-end interior projects, guiding design teams, managing client expectations, and delivering creative solutions with precision and detail.

Key Responsibilities:

• Independently lead residential and commercial projects from design to execution.
• Work closely with clients to understand project goals and translate them into design solutions.
• Oversee development of space plans, furniture layouts, working drawings, and 3D renders.
• Guide junior designers and review their design drafts.
• Prepare detailed BOQs, finish schedules, and presentation decks.
• Coordinate with vendors and consultants (no on-site supervision).
• Ensure timely delivery of quality designs aligned with client expectations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Interior Design / Architecture.
• 3–5 years of relevant professional experience in a similar role.
• Strictly no applications from BE/BTech or unrelated education streams.

Software Skills:

• Expert in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Photoshop
• Proficient in 3D Rendering Tools: 3ds Max, V-Ray, Lumion
• Working knowledge of Revit or BIM tools is a strong advantage
• Strong command over MS Office and MS Excel for documentation

Creative & Technical Skills: Strong portfolio of built design projects; excellent knowledge of space planning, materials, and detailing.

Leadership: Proven ability to lead a design team, communicate effectively, and manage multiple projects.

Communication: Excellent English and Hindi communication skills (for client meetings and team coordination).

Important Eligibility Criteria:

• Only Interior Design and Architecture graduates are eligible to apply.
• Applicants with BE, BTech, or other unrelated qualifications will not be considered.
• The position is based in Pune, candidates must be living locally and willing to work full-time from our office.
