Key Responsibilities:

• Lead interior design projects from concept to completion.
• Develop and present mood boards, layouts, and 3D visualizations.
• Create detailed drawings, BOQs, and specifications for on-site execution.
• Coordinate with clients, vendors, and contractors to ensure seamless project delivery.
• Mentor and guide junior designers and oversee design quality.
• Stay updated with current design trends, materials, and technologies.
• Ensure adherence to timelines and budget.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Interior Design or Architecture.
• Minimum 1 years of proven experience in residential and commercial interiors.
• Proficiency in design tools like AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3Ds Max, V-Ray, Photoshop, or similar software.
• Excellent sense of aesthetics, spatial planning, and detailing.
• Strong communication and project management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and lead a design team effectively.
