Job Summary:

Kevells is seeking experienced and results-driven Senior Inside Sales Executives to lead client acquisition efforts. In this role, you will handle advanced B2B client interactions, drive conversions, and provide mentorship to junior team members. All leads will be provided by the company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound B2B calls to prospective clients using qualified company leads
• Clearly articulate and promote Kevells' services to decision-makers
• Consistently maintain 120+ minutes of daily productive talk time
• Achieve and exceed a target of 6+ client acquisitions per month
• Update CRM systems and maintain accurate call logs and client data
• Prepare and submit detailed daily and weekly performance reports
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for client onboarding and issue resolution
• Provide guidance and support to junior sales executives as needed
• Share feedback with the team to improve client engagement strategies

Eligibility Criteria:

• Experience: 2–5 years in B2B Inside Sales, Telecalling, or Client Acquisition
• Education: Any degree or diploma (sales/marketing background preferred)
• Communication: Excellent verbal communication in English and regional languages

Age Limit:

• Senior Executive Role: 23 to 32 years

Required Skills:

• Proven track record in sales or client acquisition roles
• Strong persuasion and negotiation skills
• Leadership ability and team collaboration
• Basic computer and CRM proficiency
• Self-motivated and result-oriented mindset

Work Details:

• Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
• Working Days: Monday to Saturday
• Work Hours: 9:30 AM to 7:00 PM
