Senior Inside Sales Manager

Cold Calling & Lead Generation

• Make 80–100 outbound calls daily to prospective students or their parents.
• Identify potential leads through databases, online platforms, and inquiries.
• Pitch relevant UG/PG courses based on the candidate's interests and background.

• Student Counseling
• Understand the educational needs, career goals, and financial background of the prospects.
• Provide detailed information about course structure, fee plans, duration, and admission process.
• Clarify doubts related to university accreditation, placements, faculty, etc.

Sales Conversion

• Follow up on warm and cold leads effectively to maximize conversions.
• Maintain a high conversion ratio from lead to enrollment.
• Drive admissions to meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.

Communication & Relationship Building

• Maintain professional and persuasive communication.
• Build rapport with students and parents to create trust and encourage enrollment.
• Handle objections and resolve concerns tactfully.

CRM & Reporting

• Update and manage leads in CRM software.
• Maintain daily activity logs and reports of calls, follow-ups, and closures.
• Provide regular feedback to the team for campaign improvement.

Collaboration & Strategy

• Work with marketing and admissions teams to align on target audiences.
• Participate in regular training to stay updated on course offerings and sales techniques.
• Share insights about market trends, student behavior, and competitor strategies.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹37,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
