Senior Immigration Consultant

As an Immigration Consultant, you will provide comprehensive consultancy services to clients interested in obtaining Permanent Residency (PR), Study, Work, or Visit visas for countries such as Australia, Canada, UK, New Zealand, and Germany. Your responsibilities will include evaluating and assessing client eligibility for different immigration programs based on their educational and professional backgrounds. You will guide clients through visa documentation, process timelines, and interview preparations. Staying informed about immigration policies, occupation lists, and program requirements for various countries is essential to excel in this role. You will be the first point of contact for client queries, addressing them promptly and professionally through phone, email, or in-person consultations. Building and nurturing strong relationships with clients is crucial to ensure a positive experience and a high success rate in visa applications. Collaboration with the internal team is necessary to achieve sales and service targets effectively. To be successful in this role, you should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in the immigration industry, demonstrating expertise in handling cases for the specified countries. A strong understanding of visa types, eligibility requirements, and immigration regulations is required. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, along with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently. While sales experience is beneficial, it is not mandatory. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools is preferred, and a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and attention to detail are qualities that will contribute to your success in this position. This is a full-time, permanent role with the potential for a performance bonus. Prior experience in Immigration Counselling for at least 1 year is required.
