Job Title: Immigration Human Resource (HR) Specialist Department: Human Resources / Immigration Reports to: HR Manager / Immigration Manager / Legal Department Location: Subhash Nagar Delhi Employment Type: Full-time Job Purpose: To manage and facilitate immigration processes and compliance for employees, including visas, work permits, and residency applications, ensuring full legal compliance with immigration regulations and supporting international mobility initiatives. Key Responsibilities:1. Immigration Case Management Coordinate visa, work permit, and residency applications for employees and dependents. Identify immigration risks and recommend solutions to management. 4. Vendor & Stakeholder Management Coordinate with external immigration lawyers, consultants, and service providers. Manage relationships with government agencies and consular officials. Ensure timely payments and effective service from immigration vendors. 5. Reporting & Documentation Generate regular reports on immigration status, costs, and trends. Prepare immigration compliance documentation for internal and external audits. Manage confidential and sensitive immigration-related records securely. Job Title: Senior Immigration Consultant Department: Sales / Immigration Services Reports To: Sales Manager / Head of Immigration Job Summary: The Senior Immigration Sales Consultant is responsible for generating leads, counseling clients on immigration opportunities, and converting prospects into successful applicants. This role involves understanding client requirements, providing accurate immigration solutions, and achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets. The consultant should have deep knowledge of immigration programs (PR, work permits, study visas, Tourist Visa) and the ability to build strong client relationships. Key Responsibilities: ✔ Client Acquisition & Lead Management Handle inbound leads and convert them into sales. Generate new business through cold calling, networking, referrals, and digital channels. Maintain a robust sales pipeline. ✔ Consultation & Counseling Assess clients’ eligibility for various immigration programs (Canada, Australia, UK, Europe, etc.). Provide professional advice on immigration processes, documentation, and timelines. Educate clients about program benefits, costs, and success probabilities. ✔ Sales & Revenue Generation Achieve individual and team sales targets consistently.
