We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Visa Counselor to join our team in Vadodara. The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding students and professionals through the visa application process for study abroad and immigration purposes. Key Responsibilities: Counsel students and clients on visa procedures, documentation, and requirements. Provide accurate information regarding visa categories, embassy guidelines, and timelines. Guide applicants in preparing and organizing their visa documents for submission. Follow up with clients and embassies/consulates to ensure smooth visa processing. Stay updated with the latest changes in visa rules and immigration policies of various countries. Build and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, and partner institutions. Maintain records of each clients application status and ensure timely updates. Requirements: Minimum 1 year of experience in visa counseling or the overseas education industry. Bachelor's degree is mandatory. Excellent verbal and written communication in English, Hindi, and Gujarati. Strong interpersonal and convincing skills. Detail-oriented and highly organized.
