Senior HR Recruiter

Additionally, you will work alongside the talent acquisition team to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies. Your day-to-day tasks will involve designing and implementing job descriptions, posting vacancies on various platforms, and engaging with candidates through multiple channels. You will be responsible for screening resumes, maintaining candidate databases, and identifying future hiring requirements in coordination with senior HR managers. To excel in this role, you should have previous experience in HR recruitment or a similar talent acquisition position. Strong communication skills, proficiency in productivity software and database management, as well as familiarity with online recruitment tools are essential. A bachelor's degree in human resource management or a related field is preferred, along with 8-9 years of experience in HR recruitment and strategy development.
