Job Profile – Senior HR Recruiter
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Senior HR Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in end-to-end recruitment, strong sourcing capabilities, and excellent communication skills. The role requires handling senior-level and bulk hiring requirements across multiple domains.
Key Responsibilities:
* Handle end-to-end recruitment process across departments.
* Source profiles through various channels like job portals, social media, and referrals.
* Screen and shortlist candidates as per job requirements.
* Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates and hiring managers.
* Maintain a strong candidate pipeline for critical roles.
* Manage offer negotiation and onboarding process.
* Prepare and maintain recruitment MIS reports.
* Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand manpower needs.
