Senior Graphic Designer

Position: Senior Graphic Designer (with Video & Motion Graphics Expertise)
Location: Ahmedabad

Job time: 1pm to 10 pm

Key Responsibilities

· Own and execute multiple design projects from concept to delivery

· Collaborate with marketing/product teams for campaigns, social media, presentations, and digital ads

· Develop motion graphics, reels, and videos for social and web platforms

· Maintain and evolve brand guidelines for visual consistency

· Translate content (blogs, whitepapers, reports) into visually compelling assets

· Mentor junior designers and manage design feedback loops

· Stay on top of trends in design, motion, AI tools, and UX

· Coordinate with external vendors for print/digital production as needed

Required Skills & Tools

Design Proficiency

· Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects)

· Figma and Canva (for collaborative or fast-paced design needs)

· Basic HTML/CSS knowledge for design tweaks

· Strong typography, color, layout, and branding principles

Modern Design Skillset

· Ability to convert content into engaging visual narratives (blogs, presentations, eBooks, etc.)

· Experience designing across multiple formats: social media, infographics, reports, ads

· Knowledge of both B2B and B2C design tones

Video & Motion Graphics

· Ability to create short animated videos, reels, GIPHYs, or explainer motion assets

· Tools: After Effects, Adobe Animate, Canva Animation, Premiere Pro

· Bonus: Experience with AI tools like Adobe Firefly, DALL·E, Canva Magic Design

Additional Skills

· Basic photography and image editing

· Knowledge of UX fundamentals and responsive design principles

Experience & Education

· 5+ years of proven experience as a Graphic Designer

· Strong portfolio showcasing multi-platform designs and video/motion work

· Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field (preferred)

· Strong communication, time management, and collaboration skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per month
