About the Role: We are currently seeking a polite , professional , and competent Front Desk Executive to be the face of our company. As the first point of contact for our visitors and clients, your role will be vital in creating a welcoming and professional atmosphere. Key Responsibilities: Welcome and greet visitors and clients in a professional and courteous manner Answer incoming phone calls and direct them to the appropriate departments Schedule meetings and book conference rooms Handle incoming and outgoing mail and correspondence Assist with light secretarial and administrative coordination tasks Maintain a neat, organized, and professional front desk environment Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role (preferably in a corporate/professional setting) Gender Preference: Female candidates only Professional appearance and confident presence Excellent communication and customer service skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer literacy Courteous and professional demeanor when interacting with clients and visitors Good command of English (intermediate level or above) What We Offer: A supportive and professional work environment Competitive salary package Medical insurance Career development and growth opportunities Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement Health insurance Leave encashment Life insurance Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Evening shift Monday to Friday Language: English (Preferred) Hindi (Preferred) Work Location: In person
