We are currently seeking a Senior Full-Stack Developer for a full-time, on-site position based in Pune. The Senior Full-Stack Developer will play a pivotal role in the development and maintenance of web applications, encompassing both frontend and backend tasks. Responsibilities include ensuring responsive design, optimizing performance, conducting code reviews, collaborating with diverse teams, and integrating new features based on user inputs. The ideal candidate will be expected to remain abreast of the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure project efficiency and scalability. Qualifications for the role include proficiency in frontend technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like React or Angular. Strong backend development skills using languages such as Node.js, Python, Ruby, or PHP, along with experience in databases like MySQL, MongoDB, or PostgreSQL are required. Experience in full-stack development, encompassing RESTful APIs and microservices architecture, is crucial. Familiarity with DevOps practices, including CI/CD, containerization (Docker), and version control (Git), is highly valued. Excellent problem-solving abilities, independence in work, effective collaboration, and communication skills with cross-functional teams are essential. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred, and experience with Agile/Scrum development methodologies is considered advantageous.,
