Senior Field Supervisor (Male Candidate Only) Company: Devant It Solutions Pvt Ltd Position Type: Full-time Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Site Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate at least 2-3 years of hands-on experience in Supervising. Key Responsibilities: Site Management: Supervise daily operations on the site, ensuring that all work is performed in accordance with project plans, specifications, and safety regulations. Team Coordination: Manage and coordinate the activities of construction workers, manager and suppliers to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of tasks. Quality Control: Inspect work to ensure it meets quality standards and project specifications. Address any issues or deficiencies promptly and efficiently. Safety Compliance: Enforce safety procedures and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment. Conduct regular safety inspections and address any safety concerns immediately. Progress Monitoring: Monitor project progress against the project schedule and budget. Report on progress, issues, and delays to project managers and provide recommendations for corrective actions. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of daily site activities, including progress reports, material usage, and workforce hours. Prepare and submit regular site reports to management. Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve any construction-related problems or conflicts that arise on-site, coordinating with relevant stakeholders as needed.. Qualifications: Education: Minimum HS to Graduation.
